Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice Chancellor at Mahaveer University Meerut. The Vice Chancellor will be responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative functions of the university, leading strategic planning and implementation, fostering academic excellence, and maintaining key relationships with stakeholders.

- Leadership and Strategic Planning skills
- Experience in Academic Administration in similar role
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Higher Education Policies and Regulations
- PhD in a relevant field
- Proven track record of academic excellence and innovation
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

- Provide visionary leadership to promote academic excellence, innovation, and research across all departments and disciplines.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the university’s reputation, academic programs, and student experience.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and collaboration among faculty, staff, and students.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
- Oversee budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to support academic and administrative functions effectively.
- Build strong partnerships with industry, government agencies, and other educational institutions to promote research collaborations, internships, and employment opportunities for students.
- Represent Mahaveer University in national and international forums, conferences, and academic networks.
