Mahaveer University is seeking a dedicated and dynamic professional to serve as Deputy Registrar. The Deputy Registrar will assist the Registrar in overseeing the administrative and academic operations related to student records, enrollment, and regulatory compliance. This role is instrumental in supporting the Registrar in ensuring the efficient functioning of the university and delivering high-quality services to students.

Essential Requirement:
You must be working in “similar capacity” in a private university of repute in India.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist the Registrar in managing student registration, enrollment, and academic records in accordance with university policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the coordination of class schedules, examinations, and academic events to optimize student learning outcomes and faculty resources.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to academic administration, student services, and institutional compliance.
  • Serve as a resource for students, faculty, and staff on matters pertaining to academic policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Participate in the evaluation and certification of student academic progress, including the processing of degree audits, graduation clearance, and transcript requests.
  • Collaborate with various university departments to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the student experience.
  • Assist in ensuring the integrity, security, and confidentiality of student records and data systems.

Remuneration:
55 K to 60 K per month
