Mahaveer University is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registrar to oversee the administrative and academic functions related to student records, enrollment, and regulatory compliance. The Registrar will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the university and the seamless delivery of academic services to students.

Essential Requirement:
You must be working in “similar capacity” in a private university of repute in India.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage student registration, enrollment, and academic records in accordance with university policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of classes, examinations, and academic events to optimize student learning and faculty resources.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to academic administration, student services, and institutional compliance.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for students, faculty, and staff regarding academic policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Oversee the evaluation and certification of student academic progress, including the awarding of degrees, diplomas, and transcripts.
  • Collaborate with academic departments, admissions, and financial aid offices to streamline processes and enhance the student experience.
  • Ensure the security, accuracy, and confidentiality of student records and data systems.

 

Remuneration:
90 K to 1.10 L per month Plus Usual Perks
